Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from the receipt of an item Returns Authorisation. Please ensure to include, Your name, order number and the reason for return. Prior to returning any item please follow our returns procedure by emailing Customer Service department. We will refund you for faulty or damaged items, our driver will photograph the goods upon delivery. We will refund any unwanted items returned to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund so long as it remains in a good and resaleable condition.
